一、廣州進(jìn)口食品報(bào)關(guān)清關(guān)流程

1.進(jìn)口商公司必須擁有海關(guān)及檢疫的進(jìn)出口備案，需要有進(jìn)口出權(quán)才能進(jìn)口，如果沒有進(jìn)出口權(quán)又想進(jìn)口商品，那么可以**我司進(jìn)出口權(quán)進(jìn)口。

2.進(jìn)口商需向工商部門申請(qǐng)（食品流通許可證）。

所指預(yù)包裝食品進(jìn)口辦理標(biāo)簽，認(rèn)監(jiān)委的合格進(jìn)口允許。

4.進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品得到允許后，在發(fā)貨需辦理標(biāo)簽備案。

5.找報(bào)關(guān)公司代理，商檢抽樣報(bào)關(guān)等事。

6.中國(guó)檢驗(yàn)檢疫局的合格證書，產(chǎn)品加貼中文標(biāo)簽即可出售。

二、收貨人備案的流程

1、進(jìn)口商填寫食品收貨人備案申請(qǐng)表。

2、工商營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、對(duì)外貿(mào)易經(jīng)營(yíng)者備案登記表、進(jìn)出口貨物報(bào)關(guān)登記證、自理報(bào)檢備案登記表等復(fù)印件并校驗(yàn)正本；

3、企業(yè)質(zhì)量安全管理制度、進(jìn)口食品流通許可證、日常工作管理制度表、經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍 存放地點(diǎn)說明等

4、提供兩年內(nèi)曾從事食品進(jìn)口、加工和銷售的相關(guān)說明。

5、擬定經(jīng)營(yíng)進(jìn)口食品的種類、存放地點(diǎn)、并實(shí)記錄進(jìn)口化妝品流向，記錄保存期限不得少于2年。

6、收貨人必須要有食品經(jīng)營(yíng)相關(guān)范圍;

7、收貨人要有食品流通許可證;
